Texas Stock Exchange files its first proprietary market-data fees. TXSE, the newly launched national exchange, filed (immediately effective) monthly access and redistribution fees for its two proprietary feeds — TXSE BALE (top-of-book) at $750/month for internal access and $2,000/month for external redistribution, and TXSE FEED (full depth-of-book) on a similar tiered basis. SEC approves new Nasdaq continued-listing standard. The Commission approved (as modified by Amendment No. 1) a new Nasdaq continued-listing requirement setting a $5 million minimum Market Value of Listed Securities threshold. The rule tightens the bar for thinly-traded, low-priced names to remain listed, following proceedings the SEC instituted earlier this year to weigh the proposal. Federal Register order
SEC extends review of Cboe BZX intermarket-sweep-order change. The Commission set 21 September 2026 as the new deadline to approve or disapprove Cboe BZX's proposal to amend Rule 11.9(d), which would let an Intermarket Sweep Order be entered as a non-displayed order and set the price level at which the system treats an ISO as available to other incoming orders. Cboe BYX refiles data-vendor program rule. Cboe BYX filed (immediately effective) a revised proposal introducing a formal "Data Vendor" defined term and program governing redistribution of its market-data feeds, after withdrawing an earlier version filed 1 July.
