IEX proposes to raise real-time TOPS market-data fees. Investors Exchange filed (SR-IEX-2026-23) to amend its fee schedule under Rule 15.110, raising the price of real-time access to TOPS, its uncompressed top-of-book quote and last-sale feed, currently $500/month. Roughly 22% of IEX members subscribe to TOPS and would be affected; IEX is targeting an October 1 effective date, with comments due 19 August 2026. Federal Register notice

SEC sets September 17 roundtable on 24-hour equity trading readiness. The roundtable, to be held at SEC headquarters and livestreamed, will examine overnight-session operations, resiliency and the practical challenges of expanding U.S. equity trading hours — directly relevant to the still-pending 24X National Exchange overnight-trading SIP exemption request. Chair Paul Atkins framed it as preparation for "a new day — and night — in the U.S. equity markets." SEC press release

No update this window on the Cboe cross-venue ISO rule change, the Cboe Data Vendor Program filings, TXSE's CAT compliance amendment, the 24X SIP exemption itself, or the Reg NMS Rule 610(e)/611 rescission proposal (comments to 17 August) — all remain open, not new.
