EU & ESMA

No material new items. ESMA's press-news, news and consultations pages, the European Commission's MiFIR/consolidated-tape tracker, EBA's consultation log and the ECB's press releases (screened for rulemaking only) were checked and show nothing new since the prior edition. Two items to watch rather than report: ESMA's final report on the T+1 allocation-and-confirmation guidelines, expected "by October," has not yet been published; and EuroCTP, the equities/ETF consolidated-tape provider authorised 27 July, saw its transition period lapse 30 September with no go-live confirmation found yet.

United Kingdom

No material items. FCA news and publications were checked; consolidated-tape/market-transparency consultations CP26/30 and CP26/31 remain open, comments due 16 Oct, unchanged. No October PRA Regulatory Digest has posted yet — prior months' digests have posted in the first days of the following month, so an October edition is not expected until early November. London Stock Exchange's notices listing was checked and shows nothing dated in the window.

National & exchanges

No material items. Checked and quiet: BaFin, AMF, Consob/Borsa Italiana, CNMV (the Spain automatic-delisting-threshold consultation remains open, comments due 19 Oct, unchanged), AFM, Deutsche Börse/Xetra, Euronext, SIX/SER-AG, and Nasdaq Nordic. Among central banks screened for rulemaking only, nothing new from the ECB, SNB, Riksbank, Norges Bank or Danmarks Nationalbank.

Informational only — summaries of public regulatory and central bank sources; not advice.
