FCA tidies listing guidance to match the final UK Listing Rules. Guidance Consultation GC26/8 (Primary Market Bulletin No. 67, published 4 November) proposes amending Technical Notes 602.5 and 605.5 for consistency with July's Handbook Notice to the Prospectus Rules, and revoking Technical Note 103 and Procedural Note 902.4, both superseded by the final UKLR.
