Gulf

No material items from Saudi CMA/Tadawul, UAE SCA/DFSA/FSRA/DFM/ADX, Qatar QFMA/QSE or Kuwait CMA/Boursa Kuwait in the window. No Fed rate move has occurred since the last edition (the FOMC next meets 15–16 September), so there is no dollar-peg follow-through to report from SAMA, CBUAE, QCB or CBK.

Israel

No material ISA, TASE or Bank of Israel items in the window, following the Bank of Israel's 25bp cut to 3.25% reported in the previous edition.

Africa

No new items from South Africa FSCA/JSE/SARB, Kenya CMA/NSE/CBK or Morocco AMMC/Bank Al-Maghrib in the window. Three items remain open with no outcome published yet: the FSCA republished a revised version of its proposed JSE Listings Requirements amendment (removing separate non-binding remuneration votes) on 14 August with a fresh 14-day objection window, and no approval or operative date has followed; Nigeria's NGX equity pricing-methodology relaunch, postponed from its scheduled 17 August launch, still has no new effective date; and Egypt's short-selling framework under FRA Resolution 155 (issued 19 August) has broker training "nearing completion" per local coverage but no confirmed trading-launch date.
