ADGM's FSRA finalises overhaul of its funds and fund-manager framework. Abu Dhabi Global Market's Financial Services Regulatory Authority published finalised enhancements to its Funds and Fund Managers regime, closing the consultation opened under CP No. 12 of 2025. The changes create a lighter-touch “Sub-Threshold Fund Manager” category built around a $200m committed-capital ceiling, a streamlined regime for Institutional Fund Managers, a formal Employee Investment Vehicle route, and tighter nexus restrictions on Foreign Fund Managers. Existing Authorised Persons can now apply to change status; a transition period runs to 31 March 2027 for Venture Capital and Foreign Fund Managers.
