ASX conforms its rulebooks to the Cboe Australia→TMX Australia Exchange rebrand. Two Operating Rules notices effective 3 November — Notice 1265.26.11 (amending Guidance Note 10 under the ASX and ASX 24 Operating Rules) and Notice 1255.26.11 (ASX Clear and ASX Settlement Operating Rules procedures) — update references to reflect TMX Group's completed acquisition of Cboe Australia; both are conforming amendments rather than a substantive rule change. The two 2 November notices on ASX 24 futures market structure and AusBond Index Futures procedures still show only titles, with no published text yet. Nothing new from ASIC or Treasury's markets consultations this window, and the RBA's financial-market-infrastructure side had nothing fresh either.
