Uranium & Nuclear Energy Corner

Upstream — mining & supply
Cameco refreshes its share-sale facility, room to raise up to US$1 billion. Cameco signed a new at-the-market equity distribution agreement dated November 5 letting it issue up to US$1 billion in common shares through December 5, 2029, replacing the US$500 million facility struck in November 2024. Proceeds, if any are drawn, are earmarked for development spending, acquisitions, debt repayment or general corporate purposes — a capital-markets housekeeping move rather than a sign of a specific new commitment. Midstream — conversion, enrichment & fuel
Conversion, enrichment and fuel fabrication stayed dark this window, and the Russian-import-ban file didn't move either.
Nuclear energy — reactors, industry & demand
No fresh word from the reactor vendors, the SMR developers or the utilities this window, and no new hyperscaler power deal landed either.
The Chatter
The commentary circuit stayed quiet too — no fresh, linkable argument from Trader Ferg, The Oregon Group, Uranium Insider, Sprott's insights or FNArena's Uranium Week this time.
