MEMX moves to drop its own pre-trading Information Circular for UTP-listed ETPs. SR-MEMX-2026-22, published in the Federal Register today and effective immediately, amends MEMX Rule 14.1 so the exchange no longer has to distribute a duplicate Information Circular before trading each UTP exchange-traded product — it will now only issue one where the primary listing exchange's own circular requires it. Also today, but options rather than cash-equity market structure: Nasdaq's four options venues (GEMX, PHLX, MRX, ISE) each filed near-identical market-maker quoting-obligation amendments, effective immediately with an implementation date of 1 September; ISE separately filed to amend underlying-security listing eligibility criteria.
