Indonesia: OJK issued POJK No. 13/2026 on Stock Exchange Shareholders, the long-awaited rulebook for IDX's demutualisation. It caps ordinary shareholdings at 5% of the exchange without OJK approval, bars any party (including the Finance Ministry, Bank Indonesia and sovereign fund Danantara) from a majority stake, and sets out the separation of exchange ownership from membership and of regulatory/supervisory functions from the business. Korea — BoK: The Bank of Korea began pilot operation of the "BOK Won International Wire Network," a 24-hour cross-border won settlement system letting offshore investors settle won trades via Registered Foreign Institutions for KRW Business (RFI-Ks) without opening accounts at Korean banks. Four local banks (KB Kookmin, Woori, Hana, Shinhan) are participating in the trial, which ran its first transaction on 21 September; full operation with foreign-bank participation is due January 2027.
