SEBI

No new circulars, press releases or consultation papers this window. The board meets tomorrow, Thursday 24 September, on its previously flagged agenda — a PMS regulatory overhaul, debt-market reforms and a common advertisement code — none of it decided yet.

Exchanges (NSE/BSE)

No material NSE or BSE circulars this window beyond routine settlement-calendar and corporate-action notices.

RBI, IFSCA & other

RBI standardises valuation of InvIT and REIT units across regulated lenders. Five parallel Amendment Directions, 2026 (RBI/2026-27/264–268), one each for commercial banks, small finance banks, local area banks, payments banks and all-India financial institutions, insert new paragraphs into each entity class's Classification, Valuation and Operation of Investment Portfolio directions. Quoted InvIT/REIT units must now be valued as quoted securities; unquoted units are valued off the NAV the trust discloses, with a nominal ₹1 value where a trust fails to disclose NAV as required. Dated 22 September and effective from the date of issue. Amendment summary (commercial banks)

Nothing new from IFSCA this window.
