SEBI
SEBI sets out a framework for depository receipts on REIT and InvIT units. Two companion circulars operationalise the DR-enabling provisions in the REIT and InvIT Regulations, laying out eligibility, foreign-depository, domestic-custodian and disclosure conditions for issuing DRs against units of listed REITs and InvITs respectively. Both bind the trusts themselves and the exchanges, depositories and custodians that service them, and take immediate effect. REIT circular · InvIT circular
SEBI shortens the OFS cooling-off window for illiquid private listed InvITs. An amendment to the Master Circular cuts the mandatory gap between offer-for-sale rounds for these InvITs to roughly eight weeks, loosening the prior spacing requirement so issuers can return to the market sooner; SEBI cited ease-of-doing-business feedback from market participants. Binds recognised exchanges, clearing corporations and the InvITs themselves, effective immediately. Circular

RBI, IFSCA & other
No new FEMA/FPI, settlement or payment-system rule-making from RBI as rule-maker this window, and nothing equities-relevant from IFSCA.
