EU & ESMA

No material items in the window. Checked directly: ESMA's press-news page and RSS feed (both returned 403 — a known CloudFront block, not evidence of a quiet day), with targeted dated search finding nothing beyond the already-reported PTRR technical standards, the T+1/CSDR settlement-discipline RTS track (still with the Commission, no update) and the EuroCTP consolidated-tape authorisation (July, stale); and the ECB's rulemaking channels (SSM supervisory requirements, TARGET2/T2S, collateral framework, macroprudential requirements) via search, after its press-release index rendered as a navigation shell with no dated items.

United Kingdom

No material structural items in the window. The FCA's news page, checked directly, carried six items dated 21–22 October — two speeches ("Market integrity in a digital age" and an IA dinner address), an office-move story, one individual enforcement ban and two consumer scam warnings — none structural; its publications/consultations list is unchanged (CP26/34 through CP26/37 and GC26/6–GC26/7 remain open). The Bank of England's PRA Regulatory Digest for October has still not posted (only September's, published 1 Oct, exists; the next is due early November). No dated LSE market notices found.

National & exchanges

No material items found, checked individually via search given known direct-fetch dead-ends: BaFin, AMF and Consob (nothing dated beyond already-stale June–July items); SIX/SER-AG (nothing since its 1 September message, effective 1 Oct); Deutsche Börse Xetra and Euronext (nothing past August and June respectively); and SNB, Riksbank, Danmarks Nationalbank and Norges Bank (no new rulemaking; Norges Bank's only October items are a monetary-policy regulation replacement and a routine bank-reserve-quota circular, both out of scope). CNMV's home page surfaced an apparent "21 Oct" accounting-standards consultation lead that could not be verified against a live document, so it is not reported as fact; its already-reported equity delisting-threshold consultation closed for comment 19 Oct, one day before this window.
