EU & ESMA

No material items in the window. ESMA's press-news page returned a 403 on direct fetch (a known block, not evidence of a quiet day); targeted dated search found nothing beyond the already-reported equity-market-structure call for evidence (feedback statement still pending) and the settlement-discipline/T+1 track, both unchanged. The ECB's rulemaking channels (SSM supervisory requirements, TARGET2/T2S, collateral framework, macroprudential requirements) were checked via search; the only collateral-framework decisions found date to June–July and are already stale, and no new T2S or TARGET rule appears.

United Kingdom

No material structural items in the window. The FCA's news page, checked directly, listed items dated 21–23 October — three speeches, an AML-related restriction on six firms, a call on private-market firms to manage conflicts of interest amid rapid growth, an individual enforcement ban and several consumer scam warnings — none a rule change or consultation with market-structure significance. The Bank of England's PRA Regulatory Digest for October has still not been published (September's remains the latest; November is next). No dated London Stock Exchange rule-change notice found for October.

National & exchanges

No material items found, checked individually via search given known direct-fetch dead-ends: BaFin, AMF and Consob (AMF's latest is a 13 October reminder on 2026 year-end accounts disclosure quality, not a rule change; Consob's latest bulletin items are personnel and individual enforcement orders); Deutsche Börse Xetra and the London Stock Exchange (nothing dated past September/August respectively); SIX/SER-AG (its 1 October fee and functional changes took effect before this window and were already covered); and Norges Bank, Riksbank and SNB (Norges Bank's only October item is a routine bank-reserve-quota circular, out of scope; no Riksbank or SNB rulemaking found). CNMV's home page surfaced an October complaints-procedure draft circular, but it concerns investor-complaint handling for crypto-asset and crowdfunding services, not equity market structure, so it is not reported here.
