EU & ESMA
A quiet weekend for ESMA and the Commission. Its most recent substantive output stays the mid-October enforcement-priorities statement for 2026 annual reports, already stale, and nothing new has followed on the equity-transparency/volume-cap consultation track or the Listing Act. The ECB's rulemaking channels — SSM supervisory requirements, TARGET2/T2S, the collateral framework, macroprudential requirements — produced nothing dated this window either; its most recent collateral-framework decisions remain the June/July items already reported as stale.
United Kingdom
Nothing structural out of the FCA over the weekend: its 23–26 October items are a private-markets conflicts-of-interest call, an AML-related restriction on six firms, a speech and a run of consumer scam warnings, none a rule change. The Bank of England's October PRA Regulatory Digest has still not appeared — September's remains the latest — and no LSE rule-change notice was found for the window.
National & exchanges
Nothing material from Germany, France or Italy this window: BaFin, AMF and Consob each have live consultations, but all opened well before this window and none closes or lands this weekend. CNMV's exclusion-from-trading draft circular closed for comment on 19 October and has produced no final text yet. SIX's bundled fee and functional changes took effect 1 October and were already covered; nothing new has followed from SIX, Euronext or Nasdaq Nordic. Norges Bank's only item in the window is a routine bank-reserve-quota circular, out of scope; no Riksbank, SNB or Danmarks Nationalbank rulemaking was found.
