Nothing new from ESMA or the ECB's rulemaking channels since yesterday. ESMA's most recent output stays the 16 October MAR-guidelines streamlining and a tokenised-collateral call for evidence, already reported as stale; the ECB's SSM, TARGET2/T2S and collateral-framework channels produced nothing fresh either.

United Kingdom

A quiet day for the FCA beyond routine firm-failure notices and scam warnings. The Bank of England's October PRA Regulatory Digest has still not appeared — September's remains the latest word from the PRA. No LSE rule notice surfaced either.

National & exchanges

Nothing material from Germany, France, Italy or Spain today, and no fresh rulemaking from SIX, Euronext or the Nordic exchanges. Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and Denmark's central banks issued nothing beyond routine operational notices.
