Europe Reg Desk

EU & ESMA
ESMA's only fresh output was its routine newsletter and a taxonomy-reporting proposal outside this desk's remit; nothing on MiFIR, the consolidated tape, the Listing Act or CSDR. The European Commission and EBA stayed quiet, and the ECB's SSM, TARGET2/T2S and collateral-framework channels produced no rule move either.
United Kingdom
The FCA's output was enforcement and consumer-facing rather than structural. The Bank of England's October PRA Regulatory Digest has still not appeared; September's remains the latest edition, and its CCP/CSD rulemaking channel stayed quiet this window.
National & exchanges
Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Nordic markets were all quiet, with nothing fresh from Deutsche Börse, Euronext, Borsa Italiana, BME or Nasdaq Nordic. No rule move from the Swiss, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish central banks either.
