Gulf

No material new items from Saudi CMA/Tadawul, the UAE (CMA, DFSA/DIFC, FSRA/ADGM, DFM, ADX), Qatar's QFMA/QSE, Kuwait's CMA/Boursa Kuwait or Bahrain in this window. Two previously-flagged items approach their effective dates without a fresh development to report: DFSA's Consultation Paper 173 on the DIFC funds regime remains open for comment to 7 September, and ADX's removal of daily price limits on ETFs and futures takes effect 3 August.

Israel

No material new items from the ISA or TASE in this window. TASE's corporate-bond-index liquidity criteria reform, announced in June, is due to take effect tomorrow, 30 July.

Africa

No material new items from South Africa's FSCA/JSE, Egypt's FRA/EGX, Nigeria's SEC/NGX, Kenya's CMA/NSE or Morocco's AMMC in this window; the FRA's IPO-readiness programme for state-owned issuers, launched 26 July, remains the region's most recent development.
